Diatomaceous Earth and Improvement (UPDATED 2014)

I'm just so happy to report such improvement with Diatomaceous Earth!  I am using it internally by throwing a spoonful morning and night into a glass of water.

I'm also using it topically mixed with Apple Cider vinegar sort of like a body mask.  When the DE dries out on my skin I spritz Colloidal silver water on.  Or I paint the Colloidal Silver water over whatever itchy bump that is forming.  Allergic Reaction Solved!

With this process I'm having more healing and integrity in my skin's health.

 I put it on like a talc powder.  Dry dusting on a little itchy spot.  It absorbs the heat, bumps and fluid.  Binds to the skin really nicely as a talc. I use Diatomaceaous Earth in absorbing sweat, moisture and it calms the skin so well.  I'd use it all over my skin whenever I get a chance.  I don't care that it coats my skin with white chalky powder!   Really, the feeling of not being itchy is so amazing!  I've been suffering slowly for two years, growing more intense by the day/week!

I owe a lot of my improvement to Aloe Vera gel capsules and diatomaceous earth.

Find out what your allergic to.  The reason this helped me so much because the Diatoms kills  microscopic insects as well as large insects.  I have allergies to Dust Mites!!  I would feel a sensation of them crawling on my skin.  I know this because my skin CRAWLED!   

So the Diatomaceous Earth coated on my skin felt like it was killing them.    

In this case I try to reduce the dust mite population in my home and workplace.  

 I do not frequent Antique stores any more  .  .  sadly because I love to browse selections of old junk..

I have made my home into a Yin Palace.  

Some say people with eczema need to live in a bubble.  It's true.  But it's a pretty one.  

Again, find out what your triggers are.  In my professional setting, some of the worst skin allergies that I see are dust mite related. Seek out professional help with a Allergy Clinic.  They will need to do a scratch test on your back and skin to see the reactions.  It will be worth it.

You won't be guessing what your triggers are anymore.

Anyone with Eczema or intense rash should run out and get food grade diatomaceous earth

I was more freaked out by not feeling well and healthy, than by putting something from fossilized earth in my body.

Our bodies tolerate it well.  We crave clays, soil rich food, rooty organic vegetables and the earth.
